QUADRANT DATA DICTIONARY

Location Data Definitions

Name

Definition

Raw Data

Means data that has not undergone Data Management

Cleansed Data

Means data that has been checked for malformed attributes, proper timestamps, valid geographic locations, duplicate events, etc.

MAU

Means Monthly Active Users and is the calculated total number of unique Users delivered in a calendar month

DAU

Means Daily Active Users and is the calculated total number of unique Users delivered in a single day

aDAU

Means Average Daily Active Users and is the calculated number of the average Daily Active Users (DAU) delivered in a calendar month

aDAU is calculated as the total number of unique Users delivered each day, divided by the total days in the month (or partial month)

For example: Average DAU = (SUM: total unique Users received each day) / (Applicable days in month)

PII

Means Personally Identifiable Information and is any information that could be used to identify any individual, either directly or indirectly, including: name; mailing address; social security number; phone number; email address; or health, financial, employment information, or government-issued identifier
